Repurposed Pencil Caddy

School is out where I live so I thought it would be fun to show a way to repurpose a pencil caddy. The idea came straight from my client. We were reorganizing her kitchen and needed a spot to put her measuring spoons that made them easier to access than one pile. She looked up with that invisible light bulb above her head and said, “I have just the thing!” She returned with this caddy.

Some other ideas for repurposing a pencil caddy:
- silverware/plasticware
- crochet hooks
- cords
- tea bags
- mini hot glue gun and glue sticks
- mini scissors and washi tape

What things have you repurposed? A great way to get the most use of things it so think outside the box and find another use for them (not a maybe use but an actual use).
