Appointment Reminders

  • Have on hand.

    boxes (for donations)

    reusable shopping bag or bin (for your Walkabout bag)

    easy access to vacuum, cleaning cloths, and cleaners

    I’ll bring the smiles and can-do attitude! I’ll also bring non-scented trash bags and other helpful tools.

  • Cancellation policy.

    If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 5 business days in advance of your session. Cancelling within 5 business days will result in a cancellation fee of 1/3 of the scheduled time. Cancelling within 48 hours of your session will result in a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the scheduled time and may require you to pay in advance in order to book future sessions. Cancelling the day of your session will result in a cancellation fee of the entire scheduled time and may also require you to pay in advance in order to book future sessions.

    A reschedule is also a cancellation.

  • Get ready to grow.

    As much as I wish I could wave a magic wand and get you to your goal for your home now, it takes a little more work than that. What I can do is equip you as we work toward your goal - asking helpful questions, teaching tried and true tips, and implementing your style and personal preferences. I am looking forward to walking with you through the mess and decisions to find peace and freedom in your home again!
